Has my order been shipped?
We will send a delivery confirmation to the email address you used at checkout when your order leaves our warehouse. This includes information for tracking your parcel.
The first order confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it is not a dispatch notification. If you cannot find either email, check your junk or spam folder.
