Have you received my return?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, processing normally takes 7–14 working days. We will email you once the return has been registered.
If you think your return has not reached us, contact support@didriksons.com with your order number and return tracking details so we can check its status. Keep your drop-off receipt until your return has been processed.
