How do I know you have received my order?
An order confirmation is sent automatically to the email address you entered when placing your order. Check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find it.
If it is not there, the email address may have been entered incorrectly. Contact support@didriksons.com so we can check whether your order was registered.
The order confirmation means we have started processing your order. A separate delivery confirmation is sent when the goods are dispatched.
