How do I return an item?

1. Register the return digitally using the instructions in your order or delivery confirmation. You can also use our returns portal with the order number and email address used for the purchase.
2. Pack the items in their shipping packaging and attach the correct return label. Contact support@didriksons.com if your label is missing.
3. Use the drop-off or pickup instructions for the carrier on your return label. Keep the receipt until your return has been processed.
4. We will notify you by email after your return has been registered.

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order. Items must be unused and saleable with labels and seals intact; see the international terms for exclusions.

If your order arrived in several parcels, use the correct return label for each parcel and do not combine them into one return package.

For returns crossing a customs border, confirm the required documents with customer care before shipping. Requirements depend on your country and carrier.
