What does it mean when a garment is breathable?
Breathability means a garment can transport moisture from your body to the outside of the garment.
Values from different brands may not be directly comparable because test methods differ. We use ASTM E-96 BW, whose test conditions resemble Swedish summer temperature and humidity.
How breathable a garment feels also depends on your other clothing, activity level and the weather.
