What is the best way to open and close a two-way zipper?

To close

1. Bring the top slider down to the lower slider at the bottom of the zip.
2. Hold the sliders together and insert the pin fully through both sliders, making sure it reaches the bottom.
3. Hold the bottom of the jacket and the pin side to create gentle tension, then pull the top slider up.

To open

1. Bring the top slider down to the lower slider.
2. Gently remove the pin from both sliders.

Always close zippers fully before washing. An open zipper can damage fabric or cause the fastener tape to shrink.
